Are the pool and villa private to my group?
Yes, absolutely. Every bungalow listed on HillMonte is reserved in its entirety for your private party. The pool, grounds, rooms, and facilities are completely exclusive to you.
How do we coordinate the private chef service?
Once your booking is confirmed, our culinary concierge will call you to plan custom menus. We support vegan, gluten-free, local Maharashtrian cuisine, and other custom diets.
What is your standard cancellation policy?
Enjoy 100% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to check-in. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund, while cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Is check-in process contactless?
We offer standard digital check-ins where you upload IDs prior to arrival. Our in-villa manager will meet you to hand over keys and explain utility details.
